Sushi Facts

What I don't understand here is how this was not caught. I just asked my was sushi chief why this happened and he said this is like a 1 in a 1000 chance. It does happen and when it does the whole fish should be thrown out. He was just baffled it wasn't caught. Word to the wise don't eat raw fish from a sketchy place. You get what you pay for. Ps btw there should be small slits in nigiri sushi, there are no slits in this Murgro or Sake!
